Returns Policy

At Firdaus, we strive for high customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your order, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. Because we sell perfumes, there are some exceptions due to the nature and hygienic sensitivity of our products. Below, we explain your rights and the conditions for returns.

1. Right of withdrawal – Statutory cooling-off period (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase online 14 days after receipt of the product, to revoke the agreement without giving any reason (in accordance with Article 6:230o BW ).

  • After revocation you have another option 14 days to actually return the product .

  • You can notify us of your revocation by sending an email to info@firdaus-scents.com or use the standard model withdrawal form.

2. Return conditions – When is a return possible?

A return will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused and undamaged ;

  • The original seal and packaging are intact (perfumes may not be sprayed or tested);

  • The product is returned within the statutory period;

  • There is a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) included;

  • The product is properly packaged to prevent transport damage.

❗ Please note: If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal expires. for hygienic reasons , on the basis of Article 6:230p sub e BW .

3. Exceptions to Returns – Legal Basis

According to Article 6:230p sub e of the Civil Code the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

“The supply of goods which are manufactured to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or which are clearly intended for a specific person, as well as the supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.”

Therefore, at Firdaus the following applies:

  • Opened perfume packaging will not be returned , not even partially;

  • Damaged products or packaging will not be accepted. for return;

  • Signs of use (such as spray loss or odor fading) make the return invalid.

4. Costs & Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • The Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is found to be defective upon arrival.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return shipment. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

  • If the returned product does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to:

    • No refunds to be made;

    • Or a depreciation to be applied in case of damage or incomplete returns.

We bring no restocking fee charged, unless there is abuse or structural return behavior (in which case Firdaus reserves the right to refuse customers in accordance with reasonableness and fairness).

5. Refund – How and when?

  • Once we have received the return correctly and in its original condition, the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs upon purchase) will be refunded. within 14 days refunded via the same payment method.

  • If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will be charged. not  refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a perfume if I have tried it once?
No. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products. Perfume is a hygienic product, and the right of withdrawal expires once the seal is broken.

My product arrived damaged, what now?
Please email us a clear photo within 48 hours of receipt. If the damage is demonstrably present upon delivery, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

With this policy, Firdaus complies with all legal obligations and protects your interests as a consumer and ours as a seller. We kindly but urgently request that you exercise your right of withdrawal responsibly. Misuse of your right of withdrawal may result in the refusal of future orders.
